Mark Kim
Associate
Mark Kim counsels clients on international trade laws and regulations. His practice focuses on trade policy, international agreements, and antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings. Mr. Kim’s practice also includes advising companies on matters related to customs regulations administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and export controls administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
Mr. Kim maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on international human rights issues. While in law school, he was a legal extern at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR); civil litigation extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY); and research assistant to Professor Robert Howse.
